A: We believe in arriving in style everytime. We pay extra for a VIP contract with Delta Airlines and United Airlines. They are kept in climate-controlled environments under the plane belly (72 degrees) & also in the airport transport vans (78 degrees). The following is the link to the Delta Airline Cargo Facilities:
http://www.deltacargo.com
A: **Important: We have no control over the flight status!!! Keep in mind; we do not work for the airport. We do everything in our power to make sure your puppy is where it should be on the day we book it. Although, it's rare... we have no control over delayed flights & cancelled flights due to weather. A delayed flight does not mean your puppy is not coming! It's the same as when people fly! Sometimes the flights are late, but they still arrive. Please don't accuse Delta of stealing puppies or call us and say we're a SCAM off of a delayed flight. It's a bit insulting. The puppy's health is our number one priority! The airlines will not fly puppies with certain temperatures. This is about the puppy & it's health and NOT YOUR SCHEDULE or OURS!! As always, you will have the tracking number & flight number to know exactly where your puppy is once he or she on the plane. It's always a good idea to check the Flight status before leaving your home (as we provide the link in the Flight Info Email)
A: Yes. We have a completely secured site & your information is never shared. We use the same securities as BEST BUY & other major companies in the U.S. Everything is locked down like Fort Knox. Check our customer referral section of our site for previous customer testimonials on the buying process. (Some past customers include their email and/or phone number if you would so desire to contact them directly with any questions).
A: There are many of different variables used to price our puppies. Male vs Female. Breeder price. Size of puppy, Look of puppy, etc. It's a difficult formula we use to price a pup, but has nothing to do with HEALTH! IMPORTANT: Every one of our puppies has a certified health check from a Veterinarian. Each one is 100% healthy & has no affect on price. Females typically are more desired, so they will usually be a bit higher in price.

A: The first 10 days is critical. This is the transition period. Transition periods can sometimes cause a level of stress in your pup. New sights, sounds, smells....everything's new to your little one. You want to try & relieve any stress during this time. This means no crating, limit playtime with children, don't put them into confined areas for long periods of time, and don't assume your puppy is eating! You must watch them like you'd watch a baby. Meals need to be going into your pup every 2 or 3 hours. If a human goes 8 hrs without nourishment, we start to feel hunger pains. This also happens with puppies but could possibly start at 4 or 5 hours. You MUST FEED YOUR PUPPY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT! During the transition period, it's important to wake up at least once or twice throughout the night to make sure they're getting one of the following (yogurt, chicken, ceasers soft food, royal canin hard food, chicken-rice combination). If your puppy goes longer than 5 or 6 hours without attention, acid starts to build up in its stomach. A decline in your puppy's health can happen quick! These are 1 to 3 lbs organisms, you need to watch them like a hawk. Children Pack'n'Play Pens are great holding areas for your new puppy. That's what we recommend & use here. A puppy's normal temp is 102, so they're used to being very warm. Put them in the warmest part of your house if you want them to be most comfortable. After the first 10 days, you've reached a milestone & can start backing off the intense watching. We care about your puppy's health first & foremost. If there are ANY questions regarding your puppy's care or if any of this seems cloudy, please call us!
A: Usually small-town vets are best. Word gets around small towns very quickly & if a vet has bad practices... small towns will talk :) Usually (not always) small town vets are more inexpensive as well. Try a site like www.Yelp.com to search for a vet in your area & see reviews of consumers in your area as well. **IMPORTANT** DO NOT USE BANFIELD HOSPITALS (AS PART OF PETS MART CHAIN STORES) NOR VCA HOSPITALS. Your warranty will be void if you take your new one to Banfield or VCA. We've seen too many misdiagnosis, over medicated, & EXTREMELY HIGH VET BILLS. These two clinics are in it for the money!
A: Of course, there are many options. Puppies are like babies. They need nutrition every 2 to 3 hours. However, they don't cry like babies so you must be even MORE proactive with puppies. Small breeds are much different than larger breeds. Labrador & Rottweiler puppies are very different than a 2 lb Yorkie puppy. You must handle the small breed puppies differently. You should always allow your puppy access to their hard food. They should be able to eat hard food at their leisure. Over-eating is rare amongst small breeds & won't happen until a year or so of life (if at all). During puppy stages--feed, feed, feed! Puppy weight is good weight & a full belly means a happy puppy. In addition to their hard food, the following items are recommended to encourage eating: (rotisserie chicken (human style), Dannon Activia Yogurt, Puppy Cesers Soft Food, Raw Ground Beef (yes, Raw), Honey & Karo Syrup are sometimes used on hard food to entice the puppy to eat as well. Think about it like this... before there was "puppy food" you could buy at the local mart...How did puppies survive? This should help you when choosing the best food to feed your little one. Small Breed puppies sometimes lack appetite due to a change in environment. A puppy can be on hard food for 3 weeks and be doing fine...if you change the puppy's habitat... they might begin fresh with their eating habits. The encouragement you give them during the transition is NOT CAUSING BAD HABITS. Table food/scraps is not what we're recommending. We are recommending a high protein diet & these items suggested are what we've found to work flawlessly.
